So I was diagnosed Nafld in 2011 and in 2018 I had biopsy done and now have NASH. I weigh 150 and attend fitcamp 3 times a week. I eat very healthy, mainly fruits and veggies. I take vitamin e, cbd oil, milk thistle, tumeric and ginger, l-lysine and vitamin C. Only drink lemon water. Looking for help with what everyone follows for diet. My enzymes stay elevated and no matter what I do I don't seem to lose weight. I see medical and holistic for help but not really getting much other than eat a low fat low carb diet?🤦♀️

I guess you are about to go into the liver twilight zone. From our perspective the key is in your last sentence. A low fat low carb diet is one of those extreme diets that are very difficult for the liver to manage. I'll give you a link to start you on your journey, but would it concern you to learn that your body uses over 50% of its total energy as fat? Did you know, for example, that the heart burns nothing but fat? Would it surprise you to learn that if you don't eat enough fat the liver must make it? Without understanding what your diet actually is, because low fat low carb implies very high protein, keep in mind that we believe that the answer is to be kind to your liver with your diet.
