Anybody take taurine/l-arginine/magnesium/potassium?

Hi all - does anybody take any/all of the above supplements to help with their heart issues/ PACs/ectopics?

If so, when do you take them through the day? I'd always spread mine out. I get mine from Holland & Barret in the UK, so I take around 2000mg of each taurine and l-arginine a day, along with about 200-300mg of mag/potassium per day. As that's a LOT of individual tabs, I tend to spread them out.

Does anybody take them all at once in the morning, or have any other way of spacing them out?

I take Taurine 1000mg, magnesium citrate 800mg and potassium 100mg and take them all together in the evening after dinner.

I take other supplements too, some aimed at arthritis.

I take 200mg Magnesium but have increased potassium through diet as if you have too much Potassium it can cause arrhythmias

I take 2000mg of Taurine with 250mg of Magnesium Taurate and 200mg Magnesium Orotate . Take 1000mg taurine in the morning with mag.taurate and the rest at lunch time, cant take magnesium too late as it gives me insomnia .

Because I am on Blood Pressure medication ( BP is normal 127 / 70 ) Potassium supplements are not allowed in any form.
