Severe Allergic Reaction to First Shot
Hello everyone, after months on chasing random symptoms we finally got a definitive diagnosis of PA. I had IF antibodies as well as Parietal Cell antibodies. Yesterday met with a GI specialist and they agreed starting B12 injections was essential. She also is going to do an endoscope to ensure my

New here and new to asthma - 6 year old daughter is brittle asthmatic
Aimee currently takes 2 x puffs of Seretide 125 twice daily, 5mg Montelukast, 5ml twice daily of Ceterizine
antihistamines
. I have no experience of asthma, my ex husbands family have asthma, but as ex husbands go mine is probably worse than useless, so no advice or support.

I once had a small episode of AF whilst taking
antihistamines
. The GP at the time said it was possible that these were the cause and made a note on my record.

Reaction to contrast dye in CT Scan?
Has anyone had a reaction to the contrast dye used when having a CT scan? I had a scan on Thursday the first I'd had since being diagnosed with Lymphoedema and wearing knee high compression tights. Staff were aware of my condition and the only advice given was to drink fluids before hand and stop

Suffering today
The only relief is cold compresses and I'm dosed up on
antihistamines
. I also feel a bit generally unwell and was aware if becoming a bit shivery during the park run. I drank water, wore a hat etc. It's happened before and gp has diagnosed photosensitivity due to side effect from medicine.

Carry on Fussing/Camping
I was hopping up and down trying to apply aloe vera and find my
antihistamines
and managed to stub my broken toe again. The previous week-end was very nice. Dithers came all the way from London to talk about our holiday and brought another old neighbour of mine with her.

You must be mad, your Mum would be proud
Luckily I think the large quantity of
antihistamines
I take has prevented any reaction, but those buggers hurt when they bite. Really glad I got out, I was wet, I was happy, it was the best run I've had in a while, would it be wrong to say I am looking forwards to the cooler weather.

What might this be?
redness she said I had had an allergic reaction to stinging nettles I told her that I had definitely not come into contact with any nettles, having been indoors a lot (been very sleepy all week) and only been to shop and Dr She then said well it must be either washing powder or shampoo and gave me

Hello all Bob here, first post/new member. Just lately, well the last hot few days I have been getting a tight chest and a bit puffy when I go upstairs or carry a shopping bag, not anything heavy. Please help
And if so please be aware all
antihistamines
can give you an irregular/fast heart beat and palpertations. Frightening really and it's amazing how you become allergic to loads of things when you had been taking it for years before....

Raynaud's and Hives?
I have been itching over a year now on a regular basis and take
antihistamines
every other day. The area ends up red with white wheals and started to occur more frequently at night resulting in a sleepless night for me. If my partner gives me a cuddle, it brings up a rash on my neck instantly.

Running with asthma.
I was only diagnosed with asthma two years ago after a methacholine challenge test. I was given a preventative and rescue inhalor and it really hasn't bothered me much until about a month ago when I found my breathing while running was getting very noisy and I began to find it almost impossible to

Recently diagnosed looking for some advice please
I went to see an immunologist in March who thought its sounds like Angioedema and I was told to take
Antihistamines
(Loradine 10mg) daily and to double the dose if I felt a flare coming on. Well I did this last night and have still woke up with huge sore lips and toes!
