Advice please

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and hoping for some advice. I've had raynauds for about 4 years now and every winter and early spring I get spots on my face, chest, upper arms and legs . These are painful yellow heads and look awful. I also get elbow pains and sometimes knee/hip pain

Does anyone know what is causing the spots ? I try a variety of antihistamines and nothing helps. Are they related to the raynauds??

Any info would be great. Thanks

Hi

You need to go and speak to your GP and have some blood tests done, rule out any autoimmune diseases.

Dont let the GP fob you off like mine did, which made me go private.

Get yourself an appointment, take care.
