Does anyone else find Citirizine or other anthistamines help their asthma? I was feeling a bit tight chested, took one, and my tight chest went away??
Also, does anyone else find that sometimes they get a bit tight chested, but the tightness goes away on its own?!

I take 30mg of cetrizine daily and don't find it helps my chest at all.it slightly relives my allergies thou..
Sometime if you can focus on deep breathing wen ur chest is tight it can help

Yep i found that out too recently that when i m getting more wheezy n inhaler doesnt work an antihistamine works for me cetrizine does more harm than good (1 hospital says i m allergic to it but other says that crazyness) but loratidine does what i call as magic on me ! It relieves my stuffy nose wheezing rashes watery eyes and stomach ache! Its absolutely brilliant!
My drs said to me on a no of occasions i have allergy but dont know what i m allergic to but other drs said that i dont have allergy but if antibistamis do the trick i m more than happy ?
