Fear and relief all in one...
Today was D day... confirmed I require the cut. As with most, I am both gutted and terrified. I have been reading this post this evening and although the fear remains the fact it shows the recovery is a limited time soothes me somewhat. Phimosis/Balantis is the cause, my cock is currently very sore with

Reposting of comments on depression and the gut. How to heal the gut naturally
The following has been copied from another thread and covers issues about the role of the gut in depression, and ACAC has such useful advice here about how to heal the gut that I have reposted it for people who missed that thread. My husband has had depression and anxiety for quite a few years prior

Nizoral Liver Side Effects
A few weeks ago I developed painless jaundice with no itch, urine very dark, nausea. Following blood tests showing very high Bilirubin levels I was admitted to hospital. Ultrasound, CT scan, numerous blood tests and Liver Biopsy showed a very inflamed liver but no known cause (e.g. no infection or blockage

Today's herbal supplement of interest: Skullcap.
A while back I was arguing with someone about which herbal flavonoid was best for helping clear toxic proteins from the brain. At the time my research pointed to EGCG (Green Tea extract) as my herb of choice. Since that argument a study came out showing that high levels of EGCG were potentially harmful

ABPA
Hi to you all, Does any one know the next treatment for ABPA after anti fungal itraconazole? I was intolerant of this drug and started vomiting on it. My consultant at my local hospital is referring me to a London hospital for further treatment and I don’t know what that is yet. It is unlikely to be

Is it really phimosis? If so, how long to cure this type?
This is a long post. I've put a TL;DR at the bottom if you don't want to read it all. Hello. I am 19 years old. Last December, I woke up in the morning and had a weird burning sensation on my gland. Might have been because I masturbated "too hard" last night. So I looked at it and it was hella red

Needing advice for my daughters hypothyroid issues/dosing please
Hi to all. I have been watching this site for some time in hopes of understanding the thyroid functions better and staying a step ahead of Dr’s. I’m afraid I’m a bit overwhelmed and needing advice, please. My daughter is 20. She was diagnosed hypo in June of this year. We live in the US. In retrospect

Itraconazole dosage
My Pulmonologist has reduced my itraconazole from 400 a day to 200 a day...He said my blood levels show that I could clearly reduce. I must get levels tested a lot as want to make sure this is still working but now I am worried that lowering the dose may cause a drug resistance. I wonder is better

Does anyone take Kalms or Nytol with Apixaban
I am having trouble sleeping and have been for a long time. I got a watch on Thursday which records sleep along with heart beat, blood pressure etc. In six days I have had four nights with around 3 hours sleep and two nights around 6 hours. It has started to get me down and last night I cried in bed

Reference ranges for blood levels versus symptoms
Why do Doctors dwell mostly on exact ranges for thyroid results and not symptoms ? My TSH is often raised but not enough for the G.P. I feel the cold, always tired, cholesterol of 8 despite excellent diet, low ferritin and family history of hypothyroid.. I had persistent headaches with low dose Thyroxin
