As Fran says, a sinus rinse. I gave the Neilmeds one, bought via Amazon. You can also buy Sterimar nasal rinse/spray made from sterile seawater from chemists. Best, drug free way to go fir sinuses believe me!

PS I've taken prescribed steroid nasal spray nightly for years to help with polyps and sinus headaches. My GP recently texted to inform me that it's now available over the counter and I must buy it from now on 😟

Hi there. Other than a nasal rinse I do not know of anything that helps.

That said I will watch your replies with great interest, hopefully someone may know of a miracle cure.

Have you tried I'm bad oil pastels or olbas oil drops in hot water with towel over your head and when going to bed put olbas oil drops on a hanky on your pillow. It usually works for me also ask chemist for something like Sudafed.there is another one but cannot remember the name may be Nurofen.

Hello Betty,

Yes, a friend recommended I use Breathe by EU Natural. It is 100% from herb extracts and very effective.
