You can try Kava, Kava. It is one of the best anti-anxiety herbs out there. If you are low in potassium, magnesium or vit D. That can cause plenty of anxiety, nervousness & moodiness. Thanks. I was looking for something that had magnesium, L-theamine and B-vitamins in it. I take Anxiety-free, but that doesn’t have magnesium in it. and i’m almost out
I agree with what other people posted but also chamomile tea and I just bought this sleepy time extra tea with valerian root in it and that helps a lot as well.

I love Chamomile tea. I’ve heard of Valerian, but have never tried.
It kind of smells bad but it does the job for me lol
5HTP has helped me a lot. I use to have bad panic attacks and severe anxiety. I still deal with anxiety but not at all like i did before. But I also do not take prescription meds anymore... so this has helped me stay calm when going through everything. Chamomile tea at night helps with relaxation/sleep

I use a brand called Natrol. It helps me get through my anxiety and keeps me calm. Definitely worth a try
