For those in their early days of quitting, please keep to your quit….I know and understand the feelings of living in a very strange new world of not smoking…That total feeling of lost…walking around like a detuned radio…the complete “Blah”
But, Truly within a few weeks the new life begins……..We rediscover life the way it should be.. all the senses return…We regain our energy and lust for life…all our sparkle and mojo come back…
Help your body, which you/we pumped with a crazy lot of chemicals, to regain its strength by supplementing with over the counter natural herbal supplements.
Especially now, in this lovely season of joy…..I have had a wonderful 3 and half years of not smoking…..The scars in the lungs and on the body after a triple arterial bypass is still there but the mind is healed…..and every day living without that stench of 38 years is amazing
and really, I will never smoke again...
Thanks to this community and forum members who was there for me, and those before and after
“He who has not Christmas in his heart will never find it under a tree.” ―Roy L. Smith
The above quote could just as well read : he who doesn’t want to quit will never quit…You really do need to want to quit…I quitted with the “aid” of Champix…It does not make you quit…
Merry Christmas all
