Asthma under control; yet, coughing up stuff and breathlessness, on occasion.
This last symptom just occurred a week or so ago; have finished some
antibiotics
for it. But I don't really understand what's wrong with me. The poor air here (from Canadian wild-fires) hasn't helped, either. Ideas of dx? Thanks.

amoxicillin from dentist when you have arrhythmias
I’ve been given amoxicillin by dentist is it okay to take it? I know it’s a very common antibiotic. Post heart attack i have bits of PAF, NSVT and SVT. Im on usual heart medications and riveroxaban. Anyone have experience with this? Thank you.

antibiotics and AFib
Currently I have a cold and a bad cough and the GP put me on
antibiotics
on Monday and am wondering if that is something to do with this change. Is this a usual occurrence and is it to be expected in the blanking period?

First Post. Uniquie Symptoms?
First, every February for 10 years I would have what was diagnosed as viral bronchitis and given a inhaler and
antibiotics
. I would tell them the inhaler had no effect. I ended up not taking the
antibiotics
after about 5 years.

so worried about results
hi all well to cut a long story short, I had a terrible chest infection all of December, 3 lots of
antibiotics
and steroids which eventually cleared it all up. Had a sputum test which came back ok, but the doctor wants to talk to me about my chest X-ray.

Pluvicto and tongue and taste issues
Previously posted the below message. Just had third Pluvicto infusion (6/9) and tongue and taste issue has gotten worse. Tried all suggestions from Oral Medicine at Dana and suggestions on HealthUnlocked. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, any further suggestions. Your input always appreciated

I got impetigo and I’m due to get my Covid booster
hi all, hope you are all enjoying the nice weather although from indoors. I was going to the gym up to last week and since Tuesday I got impetigo in my face. At first I thought it was a cold sore but I don’t usually have cold sores and this was itchy and had a runny liquid so I went to the pharmacy and

Shingles
He's on
antibiotics
and we're applying cream (which I do with gloves on). I haven't been vaxed. I understand I can't contract shingles until the pustules burst. That's right, isn't it? Are there other things us immunocompromised need to be aware of with this disease? I'm w & w, 13q, unmutated.

Have just been diagnosed with bronchomalacia on top of asthma and adrenal insufficiency
Over the last 14 months I've been hospitalised 5 times and treated with 300mls of hydrocortisone and
antibiotics
intravenously. As I have acquired adrenal insufficiency my poor body takes ah awful blow and when I come down from the steroids I seem to go into shock with terrible sweats and fatigue.

Do steroids mask infection
On 24th Dec got infection in scar - stitch abcess for which I got
antibiotics
from MIU. Saw Ortho surgeon a few days later who told me to stop taking
antibiotics
because they would mask bacterial infection in leg. Things seemed to calm down at surface but pain and swelling caused concern.

Antibiotics and Guanfacine
Has anyone ever noticed (guanfacine or any other adhd med I suppose) having little to no effect on adhd symptoms while also on an oral antibiotic?

Worried
They arranged for me to have a course of
antibiotics
and after a day or do I was feeling much better, I attended the health centre for tests and another ECG. I returned to my GP 10 days later and she confirmed my blood tests were fine but the ECG suggested I had experienced a heart attack.
