Day8 stims only 3 follicles
Hi I had my baseline scan which showed AFC 12… then my day 6 scan showed 8 follicles brewing and now day 8 scan only showed 3 and the test all the rest still small. Nurse said they may trigger early as don’t want to loose the 3. I’m 43.8 amh 14.7… doing low dose gonal-f due to oestrogen cancers in family

Hi everyone, I'm a little lost. I've waited nearly two years for another egg collection and something has always stopped us. At the moment it's on hold as I have 'simple' cysts on my ovaries. On both of them although one it's now going - the other was very large nearly 6cm and is now half that. Yesterday

Endometriosis and implantation
I wondered if anyone had any knowledge with this. So I have been confirmed to have endometriosis after 5.5 years ttc. I have had one failed round of ivf using icsi. I got 7 day 5 blasts which none made it to a viable pregnancy. One implanted but ended in very early miscarriage. My consultant had said

Should I take DHEA?
I’ve just been told I have low amh 3.6. Fertility consultant said it’s up to me if I take dhea. My clinic won’t test Dhea levels. Where do I go to get relevant blood tests? Is it DHEA-s and testosterone that I need tested? Any ladies here that didn’t take dhea, and with low amh that managed to have

Donor IUI or IVF?
My husband and I are embarking on the journey of using donor sperm having been diagnosed with NOA. Like I am sure a lot of people do, we put ourselves on the NHS waiting list and began looking into IUI privately. We are due to start our first natural IUI cycle this month, however we had a NHS Consultation

IVF and chocolate cysts
I have a tough decision to make and none of the route is ideal. I had a persistent chocolate cyst (around 5cm) on my only working ovary. My AMH is extremely low for my age and last time they managed to collect only 4 eggs. In normal situation they advice to remove cyst of this size prior IVF but in

Recommendations, testing and urologist
Can anyone please recommend any additional testing we should have done before our next cycle? We have male factor mainly but I have slightly low amh. I am also looking for recommendations or a urologist within the midlands area if anyone has used one?

Hello all!
2 full rounds of IVF, First round got 1 embyro, second got 3 (so we've tried 3 embryos overall and have 1 left). Last embryo and last on NHS left to go. Had both fallopian tubes removed at start of round 1, also discovered AMH is lowish (6.3 pmol/l). Just discovered I have Hashimotos (an autoimmune

5pmol AMH aged 27, anyone had similar situation and success with ivf?
Im 27 and have been ttc for almost 2 years, amazingly, its only now come to our attention that my ovarian reserve is severely low and this subsequently means our ivf chances at also quite low. Wondering if anyone had any luck with ivf with similar levels and if you went private or through NHS? Any advice

Stark white negative test 8dp5dt
Feeling very miserable this morning, like nothing is going right. This was our third round of ICSI and after 2 failed fertilisation rounds, we finally managed to get 3 to fertilise on our 3rd round. 2 didn’t make it past day 4 and the 3rd was not quite a blastocysts but heading in the right direction

Chlomid and Menopur
I am about to touch 42 and my clinic has advised me to try Chlomid with Menopur and then transfer in a frozen cycle. I have high AMH and they can see 12-13 antral follicle count in the monitoring cycle scan. I have heard Chlomid can be hit and miss. Could you please share your experience as this is

Follow up review......... feeling a bit more positive
So I had a follow up review today after getting my disappointing results on the 15th. This time it was with a different consultant, a younger female doctor who i get a great vibe off of, it settled me on the call straight away! Feeling a bit more positive and certainly don't feel any worse than what
