So sorry for your losses and don't worry there is no such thing as a silly question on here - and yours definitely aren't silly.
I can't help you with the first question but I too have a messy history of miscarriages and I am on blood thinners for my rounds. These normally start on the day of embryo transfer with a fresh cycle. I was also put on baby aspirin from that date as well.
Thank you for your kind words and also sorry for your losses. If you don’t mind me asking did the blood thinners and aspirin work? Also did you have a diagnosis for your pregnant loss? Xx
I don't think is a wrong protocol taking into consideration that you have PCOS, probably your doctor want to avoid you having OHSS. I was also on agonist protocol once with an AMH of 35 and no PCOS or other issues. It wasn't the successful one but always worth to try. Regarding blood thinner I was also put on injections after 3 chemical pregnancies, this is definitely a good thing. It helps embryos to implant to your uterus and carry the pregnancy. All they offered is definitely good and suitable for your situation in my opinion (but I am not a doctor just a veteran in IVF cycles, with 4 on board). Good luck 🤞😃
Definitely long protocol worked better for me and steroids, immunosuppressants, blood thinner after transfer. Most of the time doctors will start with long protocol as a standard but if you have high AMH and PCOS this is what they will advise you to try first 🤞
