Acid reflux/GERD/hiatal hernia
Can anyone please advise me which ppi’s, H2 blockers or
antacids
affect restless legs the least. I know otc Zantac made my whole body restless for days after I had been on them a couple of days. I know what all you extreme sufferers feel like now (thought I was bad!). Thanks for any help.

Medications that are BAD for your bones?
However, the long-term, daily use of aluminum-containing
antacids
or proton pump inhibitors (PPI) may affect the absorption of calcium and appears to increase the risk of fracture.

Endoscopy/H-pylori
Hi everyone, So I had an endoscopy done 2 weeks ago and was told I have no varicies but have H-Pylori in my stomach :( They gave me 2 antibiotics along with some kind of antacid. They say that the kill off of the H-pylori will cause acid reflux (which I suffer no sort of symptoms now). 1 antiobiotic

Paroxismal Afib, diet and lifestyle
Greetings from Italy! I am new to this forum, so I would like to tell my experience of Afib. I am 74, male, decent overall health except hypertension kept down with drugs, a modest oesophageal reflux and paroxysmal Afib. I have had problems of missed heart beats for the last 20 or 30 years, sometimes

HCL - advice please
I have PA and Hashimotos. I knew that I would have low or no HCL because of the PA but only read recently that Hashi's also caused low HCL. I have bought some HCL with pepsin but not yet taken any. I wondered if you should just take the capsule(s) with your evening/main meal, and also if you should take

Anyone else dizzy on High Dose Biotin?
Anyone else dizzy on High Dose Biotin? My neurologist suggested looking into high dose biotin to reverse M.S. I've been doing great on a nutritional diet only, similar to the Whal's Protocol, avoiding processed foods, eating nearly all fruits and veggies, with sides of meat, fish, seafood. Been on

Health anxiety
Does anyone have health anxiety? I feel that I am so sensitive to anything that happens with my body that I just focus on whatever happened and I start panicking. I also have acid reflux and I've noticed that if I have the symptoms from that like burning in my chest it just starts to spiral. Sometimes
