Having a bad night
Well after about 4 weeks of fairly decent sleep and my anxiety has calmed down tonight it’s triggered off again, lot’s of things are happening around me and my mind is in overdrive, I’m sure those of you that suffer with this know what I mean, so I will write a post on here and it distracts my mind for

I'm also being tested for thrombophilia as they are reluctant to put me on the pill due to a relative having a clot. I'm worried that I'm going

Worried about supplements.
I forgot to take my supplements today. DCA , Ubiquinol, Fish oil, Lithium orotate, vinpocetine, folic acid, vinpocitine and B1 and I really developed anxiety and the shakes. I took them after lunch and things settled down. Can anyone tell me which of these is essential for PD. I also have the helmet

Incarceration
I don’t know about the rest of you but I have these great plans for passing the time while I’m incarcerated. (Apart from the noose knitting! 😈) I’ve decided it’s great time to do all the things that I’ve shelved for so long. I am a sad creature because I’m actually looking on these things as being

What's up fellow travellers, So just know going into this update I've been on this trip since 2009, gleason 9. No mets until late 2019(Lymph nodes). On Androgen blockers since 2012. My labs continue to excel. In 6 weeks the PSA has dropped by 52 points, and all the Immune system, kidney, and liver

Hashitoxicosis and mental health
Just wondering if anyone had any experience of hashitoxicosis? What symptoms did you experience and how long did it last? I have Hashimotos and am seeing a psychiatrist soon about various mental health issues, a diagnosis of bipolar has been mentioned but am worried it could acutally be hashitoxicosis

Hi everyone I’m new to this community. I’m wondering if anyone is having slight breathing problems when having a cold after having PE twice.
I had unprovoked pulmonary embolism in September 2016 ,treated with 3 months of heparin injections. In July 2017 I had another one. Now I’m on lifelong Warfarin. My life /lungs never been the same again. When it was diagnosed I had shortness of breath on any physical activity. I don’t smoke, never did

Best painkillers
Morning all. I have been taking hydroxychloroquine since 25th Feb, 200 mg for two weeks and now 400 mg since Tuesday past. The joint pains seem to be getting worse. I was taking motifene, seen GP on Mon and he prescribed celebrex instead. So far, not any relief to be honest. What are your experiences

Still here.
2019 brought a massive pulmonary embolism in May followed by a bleed in the brain from a blood thinning med. Then a second, bigger, bleed in September from a different blood thinner. I'm now half way through 6 cycles of Taxotere chemo. The point is that we all have setbacks. My stamina is reduced and

All packed and as ready as I will ever be
About to head to bed and try and get some sleep before my alarm goes off at silly o’clock in the morning. I have checked and double checked my kit and my trail pack is now loaded with everything other than my soft flasks which I will fill in the morning. It felt strange packing a warm top to go for
