This plot shows the % of men who recovered their original testosterone level after stopping Lupron ADT, plotted versus the time (months) after stopping ADT, for three different durations of ADT (4, 6-12, or 24 months). The curves show that a short course of ADT allows men to recover their testosterone faster those who were on a long course of ADT.

Everyone's mileage may vary.
I got about half my original T back after about 5 months without ADT so that seemed quick and I was happy.
However in the next 5 months that followed, my T still remains at about half my original T and even went down from it.
Since I was on ADT for about 28 months, I guess that leaves another 18 months or so for my testies to start producing the 50% T that is still missing.
Why don't you do TRT now, rather than waiting 18 months to recover naturally? Many papers support the use of TRT after ADT is over, with no increase in cancer risk. A. Morgentaler has written many papers about this.
I am pretty sure that not a single Canadian oncologist would agree to write up a prescription of TRT for a patient that has previously been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer.
I got slightly higher than my original T in 3 months after stopping 2 years ADT and Zytiga.
