Interpreting blood tests

I've been on ADT for 4 months in preparation for RT and then HDR BT. I have localised G8 with an initial PSA of 8.1

Prior to commencing ADT, my PSA inexplicably dropped to 4.94 but then rose to 5.37 within 2 months.

Anyway, here are my test results before starting ADT; These are Aussie measurements - I am not sure if they correlate with the USA.

PSA - 5.37

Testosterone 18 . 6 nmol/L

After 4 months Eligard

PSA - 0.37

Testosterone 0.9

SHBG 53

Free Testosterone 12

I didn't get the SHBG or Free Testosterone tests before starting Eligard and in fact, I don't even know if they are relevant tests anyway.

So my simple question is - Are these results Good, Bad, or what is expected? I often hear of PSA levels getting below 0.01 when on ADT but not sure how long it takes to get to that level.

Thanks for any answers.
