First self injection - What a rush!

Hi guys!

I just felt like I had to share! I just did my first self injection of B12 hydrox about 30mins ago and what a rush! I feel like I'm on an adrenaline come down. Thank you so much to everyone in this community for their advice and support and help for one of another.

Going to keep track of my symptoms now and monitor my injections etc. and hopefully will notice some improvement.

For anyone nervous about self injection, just know that I was terrified but ultimately, suffering with deficiency was worse than the fear. It didn't hurt a bit (I did it into my thy) and the feeling of taking control of my health has given me such confidence.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for the help and advice - hopefully it'll make a difference now!

I'm so glad you getting on with it okay. It must be a good feeling to be taking control.
