Adrenaline and tension

I'm learning that tension headaches and tension in general is caused by overloading adrenaline. If anybody is suffering with the adrenaline rush everyday I'm wondering if antidepressants such as lexapro or zoloft has helped.

Lexapro does help with my anxiety QUICH... SRRI's can help with

both anxiety and depression. xx

Thank you..I realy do have zoloft I just never taken it. My biggest fear of taking it is not the side effects but the numb emotions..my kids are all so young I'm wondering how I'd be around them with these stuck emotions or even at work..what do you have to say about this..

It's one of the reasons I got off my benzos because I didn't like that numb,

tired, not really here feeling. With Lexapro, at least for me, I feel like myself,

I feel alive and energetic. I wish you the same with Zoloft. We all respond

differently to meds but I can understand how you need to be alert with having

young children. Let me know how you are doing on it once you get started. xx
