Did my W1R2 at 6am this morning. It was fffffreezing but I did it! I can’t say I’m getting that rush of Adrenalin after a run that people talk about just yet, but I’m going to keep going. It’s not nearly as awful as I was expecting it to be.

I don't think it's awful at all, what was awful was running in-1C at 6 o'clock in the morning, nevertheless, congratulations on completing run 2 of week 1 at that time, well done. 😊

Jeez your brave so early in the morning!! For me it's more about the fact that I actually get out there and do it when I am notorious for making excuses and not carrying things through.
Well done for completing your 2nd run.
Seriously, Well done to you! These last few days have been freezing and it’s easy to say ‘no; I’m not doing it’ but you’re committed and you’re not letting it hold you back. Once you’re out in it, it’s easier isn’t it. The rushes will come... give it time. When you start to feel the progress you’re making in such a short amount of time it’ll give you a rush of pride and and excitement like nothing else. Keep up the good work 💪🏼

Yeah I think I started this at the wrong time of year 🤣🤣 Although, it does mean it can only get better!
True! I started in September which, looking back, wasn’t the best time of year as we’ve now hit winter and it’s such a hard time of year to run through. I always believe though; if you can run in the tougher conditions then you can run through anything. And that only makes you stronger!
