Hypothyroid practitioner - experiences please?

Hello,

I wonder if anyone could share their experience with non-NHS practitioners who can prescribe prescription meds, treat under active thyroid?

I have many symptoms of being hypothyroid, and have seen an NHS haematologist, who is sympathetic but can't do anything, as I am just in range. I have problems converting T4 to T3 (homozygous for DI01 and DI02). Also issues around adrenaline/cortisol.

I'm in Sussex but can travel a reasonable distance or do appt over Zoom. I've looked at the (useful) Thyroid UK list - I would be very grateful to hear any experience.
