Adrenaline tells your body how to reallocate resources, causing the physical responses, one of which includes the release of endorphins, neurotransmitters that act as your body's natural painkillers. With endorphin release, your after pain may be partially or completely masked.
Going to research this theory etc as it makes logical sense indeed.
Wonder if this would re-map issues in the central nervous system ?
If this worked even 35% it would be a step forward by far etc.
No more tablets/pills with adverse side effects etc.
Application would have to be orally via a dropper onto the tongue to enter the body faster.

This is why we exercise, endorphin release reduces pain levels. I was told at the pain clinic that if I could get my heart rate high through intense exercise for at least 20 minutes a day I could reduce my overall pain levels. Now I exercise a lot, it makes me feel better.
I have cycled seriously since I was 13 and I’m almost 65 now s this defiantly works. Trouble is as my body wears, waiting for a right knee currently, I’ve not ridden for two years now and boy can I feel it. If I can get the adrenaline kick without the exercise I would defiantly be interested.
I had to stop cycling because of fibromyalgia until I discovered e-bikes.
Pedal assistance means I still get exercise without the painful uphill bits.
I can't ride far but cycle routes with plenty of places to stop and rest mean I can get up to 10 miles in a day.
I also have a WiFi linked exercise bike connected to an app called Kinomap which has videos synced with the bike. This enables me to cycle really difficult routes I've done in the past without those annoying hills.
It also has incredibly dangerous looking mountain rides which I would never dare do in real life.
Yes, I bought a EMTB in about 2020 and started off doing three to five miles and worked up to about 20. Always being a thrill seeker ment I took a few to many falls in the woods so I progressed to a E road bike. A fall onto my replaced hip in 2023 ment it was replaced for the fourth time in the September and it was discovered the right knee cartilage had worn away so I am waiting for a right knee before I can get back on the bike.
