Medication Addiction advice please.
I suffer with anxiety depression, currently take adderral in morning but then find myself with severe panic attacks. Then I take clonopin. But I once tried not taking adderral and depression returned. And if I don’t take clonopin then I feel awful. Any advice because I feel like I’m addicted to both

Wanting to learn, grow, overcome, and heal!
I have slowly developed anxiety, panic attacks, mild depression, bad eating habits that border
addiction
, and negative hopeless dark thought patterns. Im in the process of regaining control through prayer, scripture, and healthy eating.

New to Keto
I am enjoying it, but I feel like the withdrawal
addiction
to sugar (grains, and everything) is really hard. How long did it take you to get used to the diet and stop having the keto flu? Oh, and what keto flu symptoms did you have?

Are you on Pregabalin or Gabapentin and in the UK?
The changes have been brought in because of illegal use,
addiction
problems and medical misuse. You should have been contacted by your doctor about how to get these drugs in the future. If you haven’t been contacted, then you should contact them!

My struggle and I'm losing hope (long read)
On top of this I have a raging sugar
addiction
. In my early 20's (I am 30 now) I actually went 2 years sugar free. I.e no refined sugar. No sweets, no biscuits, no soft drinks etc. I have no idea how I did it. But during that time...

Week 6 run 3 done and dusted!
It's inspired me to finally get my sugar
addiction
under control, because if running can make this much difference I can only imagine what healthy eating and running together will do! I'm so glad I discovered this forum when I did, it's been very helpful and motivating.

I want to share a feeling...
As i head into Yr3 of my degree and dissertation (gulp) i have gradually upped my carbs and
addiction
to sugar. I guess as a way of soothing myself in between full time work and degree commitments.

Having copper IUD today - can't take any painkillers
I abused these medications for a long time before finally seeking help for the
addiction
, but by then my body had decided to violently reject both of these drugs.

Quit Smoking!
(I jog and lift weigths daily since I started smoking as it was the only way to feel "healthy" while maintaining this debilitating
addiction
. And the worse part is that I still want to smoke. I still forget why I quit...I always do. I know I can never smoke again and this is my goal.

Like an
addiction
. Which I know they can be. We tried to have limits but that didn’t work. Now he basically hates us but I know he will understand someday. Wondering if anyone else struggles with this and how they handle it?
