Medication Addiction advice please.

I suffer with anxiety depression, currently take adderral in morning but then find myself with severe panic attacks. Then I take clonopin. But I once tried not taking adderral and depression returned. And if I don’t take clonopin then I feel awful. Any advice because I feel like I’m addicted to both adderral and clonopin even though low dosages. I need to talk to my doctor again. I feel so alone in this, like I’m having a nervous breakdown when I experience the severe panic attacks.

Addiction is when you abuse, take more than prescribed, and seek out more medication to use wrecklessly to feed the addiction. If you are using you're medication as prescribed because you have a medical need, you may be dependent on the medication. Although it may sound like there is a fine line between the two, there is a big difference between dependence and addiction. And if you need the medication to feel well there is nothing wrong with that. Be well!

Ok the Adderall you need and the klonopin

You aren’t alone. Speak to your doctor. I was in a similar situation. I had to go off of the stimulant to stop the anxiety. The dr found another med that helped even better.
