Vitamin D and Aspirin working
In 5 months of taking 5000 i.u. of Vitamin D-3 a day, I went from a blood test of Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy of 19.7 ng/ml to 30.6. The normal range is 30 - 100. My doctor would like to see that number go much higher than that low threshold of 30. It's a slow move up, but it's working. Hooray! Good news

I vividly remember, it was on the 4th of August, that I fainted( was unconscious for 3-5 seconds) and ever since everything feels weird. It is kinda hard to describe(foggy, spaced out, dull).I've undergone numerous tests( MRI, ct scan, blood tests) all of which came out normal, except vitamin d3 and b12

Low normal iron can cause fatigue
For those of us fighting critical fatigue, I am learning that those numbers on our blood tests that are just on the edge of being within the normal range can actually indicate underlying issues. Take iron for example. My recent blood test showed my ferritin level (iron) was 14.4 (range 11.0 - 306.8

Vitamin help needed!
Hi everyone, I was looking for some advice on the supplements I should be taking as the ones I'm taking at the moment clearly aren't adequate! My last full blood work was done in March but I recently obtained a print out of my results. My serum folate was 2.96 ug/L (4.6-18.7) "low" and serum vitamin

Advice on Vitamin D3
Hi! I am new to this site but have found out so much in the short time I've been a member.I was diagnosed with Hypothyrodism 7 years ago, although I think I probably had this since my early 20's. I have just started to be more assertive in my treatment and when my last bloods came back in the normal

Unstable 7 months after TT
I know I have posted before with my ongoing problems but my latest blood results are in and I continue to have problems. My Consultant is less than useless although GP most helpful. I have now resorted to a private Endo who comes well recommended whom I hope will help soon. The main issue is the constant
