Lower back pain and possible piriformis syndrome
I've tried chiropractors, reflexology, Physio,
acupuncture
and pain relief and nothing works. The pain in my lower back dictates my life and I really am at my wits end. Laying in bed is now painful this eve after taking tramadol and ibuprofen.

Suddenly Nervous
I'm taking all the vitamins I did before plus others to improve egg quality and don't have to inject myself daily to down regulate which is amazing and going to have
acupuncture
before treatment this time too. Any other advice to keep calm and positive much appreciated. Xx

Remedies for GAD
I have tried
acupuncture
, massage therapy, and yoga. I really feel as though they help me get through the day. I've noticed, a lot of the time, if I get the blood flowing, I have a much better day.

Wierd High Blood pressure Experience question?
I did have a busy day (spent a about three hours doing some intense cognitive work, pretty fatigued after that, then sat in the heat about 90-95 degrees for about 30 minutes on the phone, and then had an
acupuncture
treatment that included some points for the brain).

Acupuncture or Reflexology
I prefer it to
acupuncture
. I quite enjoy having my feet played with anyway ๐ but it's firm so doesn't feel tickly or anything.

Acupuncture for anxiety
Just wanted people to share their experiences with
acupuncture
I have never done it before but have been interested to see if it will yield any good results with my neck tension and migraines Is it rubbish or does it actually work ? Cheers

hope your not walking in my shoes!
I also like
acupuncture
it has helped me in many ways too. I had fibro like symptoms hurting every where in my joints like I was predicting the weather.

Methotrexate โ My recovery journey
They also used a kind of electrical
acupuncture
equipment to plug on my hands, legs and shoulders. I did a lot of research after I was diagnosed of RA. My rheumy told me that MTX took 4 to 6 months to kick in.

When will I learn?
I had my follow up appointment at the clinic on Tuesday which I know should be a positive thing and my second treatment with a new
acupuncture
lady today, but I just feel so fed up with it all.

Finding pain killers that work.
Hi..I had meningicoccal septicaemia back in 1996 when I was 44. I was lucky as my Dr injected penicillin before being whisked away in the ambulance! I was pretty poorly for several months. However over the years I have acquired arthritis, had one knee replaced and waiting for another and ankle fusions

Starting ICSI, new to the club.. advice please?
Acupuncture
is something else I've read about.. is it best to have treatment regularly all the way through your ICSI/IVF cycle or just around transfer day? How have people found working whilst being on the HCG injections?

Alternative therapies
This question may raise a few eyebrows but has anyone ever heard of
acupuncture
being effective in treating hypo/hyper? A friend has suggested the possibility so I thought I would ask a very knowledgeable pool of lovely people. Any thoughts? ๐

Acupuncture is it worth it?
Hi just read rotties post re
acupuncture
. My wife keeps nagging me to try it but I'm really skeptical? For me it's, I'm in enough pain without someone sticking needles in me! Would welcome everybody's point of view
