Dear Clown feet,
I know what you mean. My feet and ankles are so sore I have a hard t I'm walking (especially if I sit then get up). Trying acupuncture now. Will see if it works!

I found acupuncture helped loads but didn't last long as I only had 4 sessions. good luck with it. Joolz.x
