A natural remedy for constipation
My daughter, who has studied Ayurveda extensively and is in her last semester of
acupuncture
school, told me to take 2 Tablespoons of flax oil or 2 Tablespoons of ghee every day. I'm also taking 800 mg of magnesium and 6 stewed prunes daily. My constipation is gone.

I've had 3 Back Operations
After a battle with physio
acupuncture
and lots of meds. They did a diskectomy. Twice! Finally years later an Allograft, taking bone from hip and jamming in disc space. I'm up and working and nobody can see I'm still in pain. Thanks to my meds. But nowhere near as bad as 13 years ago.

Exhausted and struggling to stay positive
I have tried
acupuncture
,yoga and massage. I plan my leave out and buy extra to try and always have a break on the horizon. I also have depression which just compounds things. If anyone has any tips on how to move forward I would be grateful.

I am doing B supplements and
acupuncture
which seems to help. I have been off chemo for 1 month now and hair is now coming in. I have a few questions: 1) What was your CA 125 at start? Mine was 514, now 17. 2) If you had neuropathy from the chemo how long did it linger and how did you treat it?

Accupuncture
Hi all, I just had my first accupuncture appointment today! For the first time, I feel almost "normal" again. The pain in my right foot and right shoulder are gone, and I feel completely relaxed! Has anyone else tried this?

3rd IVF Cycle, 1st FET sorry for long post.
Although I had remained positive throughout both cycles there was a lot of doubt with my second, I started
acupuncture
quite late on just before transfer which I loved and found relaxing.

Thank you!
Have any of you tried
acupuncture
? There's supposed to be a positive result from stimulating the Neiguan spot. Does anyone know why Aspirin has lost favour to Eliquis? Thank you

Between egg collection and 5 day transfer
I really wanted
acupuncture
around my transfer but I can't find one to do it on bank holiday Monday π¬ Could I go to a spa? Or get a massage? Or is that off the cards? Should I exercise? Rest? Avoid sun? Eat particular food? It's a minefield π Any advise would be amazing. Thanks π x

Gastritis/ulcers/gastro problems.
Im really struggling. My GPS have been absoloutely awful and nearly 2 weeks ago I ended up in a and e twice in one week. Severe debilitating tummy pain. Sent home both times as not an emergency but am urgent, need endoscopy. My GPS have screwed up so much the last few months and I should have been referred
