Suddenly Nervous

Hello All,

I've been missing for a while due to moving house, country etc and whilst I've been gone I did another cycle and it was a disaster from start to finish. Ended with BFN which I was expecting. I knew from the off- don't ask me how I just did.

We have found a new clinic and everything starts 8th September. Everything is going to be different this time- these use different drugs, process is different and I suddenly feel overwhelmingly nervous just like I did with the first cycle.

My DH and I are adamant this is the last fresh cycle I'll put my body and our minds through and now I'm thinking what if this doesn't work. I actually have butterflies just writing this. But what it works and we all our dreams come true?!

I'm taking all the vitamins I did before plus others to improve egg quality and don't have to inject myself daily to down regulate which is amazing and going to have acupuncture before treatment this time too. Any other advice to keep calm and positive much appreciated. Xx

I had a massive rush of these nerves last night as I had EC today. It's such a hard journey but I've always told myself as long as I never look back and think 'what if' I know I've done all I can. Acupunture is amazing to help with anxiety and stress - well it's really helped me. Wishing you lots of luck xx
