Acupuncture for irregular periods
Just a question I’ve been reading that
acupuncture
may help regulate your cycle . Has anyone tried this - currently taking inositol still no period coming up to 7 months - trying to stay away from the pill

Lymphocytes and osteoporosis?
Recently got the blood test results back from my Rheumatologist apt. All seem ok but for the lymphocyte levels which are only at 0.80. Never noticed this on any previous blood tests so don’t know how long it’s been like this. I wondered about it being related to osteoporosis and an acupuncturist I saw

I also have had
acupuncture
treatments done on my spine, it probably has helped. I will see what the doc suggests. I am staying active, work. My adult daughters live with me, they are in their 20s. Oldest has had epilepsy last three and a half years, it sucks.

Private clinic IBS testing and treatment.
This machine takes readings from your hands and feet, and detects that there is a problem anywhere in the body such as the gut ect by applying a metal rod to the
acupuncture
points, as I was also holding a small metal rod on the opposite hand and vice a versa.

Managing PMR after 1 year
Due to all the pain, while still trying to compete in running events with a very stiff back which creates problems with the piriformis muscle and hips, I tried
Acupuncture
which did not seem to reduce the pain but was a relaxing experience.

Grapefruit Juice dosing, another perspective
Yesterday I had a rather extensive conversation with my acupuncturist regarding the use of grapefruit juice. Two weeks ago I shared with him the N=1 study published by Wriga on this forum. Michael was familiar with the issues. He has used grapefruit peels in the preparation of TCM medications. Also

Acupuncture and Massage
It’s been decided by the doctors that I need massage and
acupuncture
. I’m quite looking forward to the painkilling benefits but I’m nervous about my heart. Doctor says it’s ok but I haven’t checked with cardiologist. Anyone got any input please? First of eight sessions starts tomorrow.

Feeling apprehensive
I'm thinking of having
acupuncture
and trying supplements like DHEA. Also I've managed to book the first week of my 2ww off work and I plan to relax. Any advice gratefully appreciated.

Anyone had problem with cortisol/DHEA test due to dry mouth?
I've just looked up
acupuncture
, which seems to have a treatment for this, but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this and how they resolved it? Cheers.

Acupuncture - worth it or not?
I’ve had a few sessions in the run up and during our IVF so far and just booked a pre and post transfer appointment either side of our transfer on Saturday. I just wondered if anyone else had tried it before and their experiences, good or bad results or just indifferent?

Chinese medicine
Hi ladies I actually thought I booked just an Accupuncturist’s appointment but I had actually booked a fertility consult with a practitioner instead. I did have my Accupuncture treatment but whilst we were doing it - I was very intrigued with the concept of Chinese medicine. Does anyone have any experience
