Waking up nauseous

I always wake up nauseous and panicking and with insane acid reflux. I don't know what to do. It's making me scared to get a job because i might get acid reflux there and even v*mit. I have emetophobia. I was always catching stomach bugs as a child and this acid reflux i have now is really addding fuel to the fire. My esophagus is burning. I take famotidine for it and occasionally some anti-acids

Do you take Gaviscon, particularly last thing at night. It might help to take it regualrly for a short while, rather than just when things are bad, to see if it helps.
