Pain where? Is your GP helping?
I'm in the same boat as you sever osteoarthritis lymphoedema and OAB and I found cutting out nasids like ibuprofen and taking a diuretic and oab medication worked but as soon as I stopped one part of the triad it came back. Other tricks were recite a song, clench your toes whilst you walk to the loo them relax them, get to the loo earlier and wait 1 minutes and extend it to 2 minutes and so on. And practice mindfulness breathing where you only think about your breathe. Hope this helps
