Advice needed: Extremely Heavy Period
Hi all, I was advised to come off the combined pill until I have the mirena coil fitted next month. Before I came off the pill I passed a decidual cast with a heavy period. I've had one light period since then. I usually have heavy periods but now an extra super tampon is only lasting me an hour- so

Non-hormonal IUD (copper coil) and endo
Hi I'm new here. I've been looking for specific info and thought maybe someone here would know. For background, I'm 40 years old, was diagnosed with endo last winter and had a laparoscopy in the summer. I had a copper, non-hormonal IUD as birth control for a few years, till it moved out of place (which

From what I have researched it seems that you start taking stimulation meds on day 2 of a cycle, but can anyone with irregular or

No periods. Bowel issues. Endo?
Hi all! After seeing a gynecologist 10 years ago for long painful/heavy periods and extremely painful sex, it was suggested that I may have endometriosis. The outcome was an ultrasound that came back ok and that the painful sex was psychological. So I carried on dealing with it. 3 years ago I was put

Endometriosis and combined pill
Hi all. I just wanted to check whether it is ok to be prescribed the combined pill when we have been diagnosed with endo? I am a bit perplexed as I would have thought that we should avoid adding more oestrogen in our body? Thank you.

Had lap but no endo found, period pain very bad and worse after lap - is this normal?
I've been having the classic endo symptoms and had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy at the end of June at a private hospital. Doctor found polyps and adhesion but no endo. Had my 1st period after op in July and it was very heavy and painful but already expected to to be. Having 2nd period now and it's

Should I be worried?
I get my period for about 3 days but yet dont get my period and even the pms every month. All of a sudden I’m now on week 2 of bleeding (a bit heavier then usual) The first week it was spotting but now its a bit more which I find odd since usually during the 3 days I bleed its only enough for a liner

Withdrawal bleed after failed cycle
Unfortunately our first cycle of IVF failed, I tested last Sunday BFN 😔 and then bleed that night after the 2ww and was just wondering how long other peoples withdrawal bleeding lasted after a failed cycle? I’m on day 9 now of a heavy period and getting me down a little as it’s a constant reminder of

Extreme leg pain 5 months after laparoscopic procedure
Hi everyone, i had a laparoscopy back in the beginning of march, i also had a mirena coil inserted at the same time. The first 2 periods i had were extremely painful and long, but it settled back down to normal, where i didnt have another period for 2 months. And it just hit me after a 2 month break.

Period way too short after cancelled iui and withdrawal bleed
I had an iui cancelled on day 10 and stopped meds. On day 18 my withdrawal bleed started. Now, 21 days after that I started bleeding again. Could that be a period? Normally my cycle is (if I am doing low GI/low carb diet) 29-36 days long, so this would be really early. I do not really bleed in between

Normal blood hormone levels except high LH level
All levels came back within normal range with just a high LH level (given my PCOS diagnosis hardly surprising more surprising the rest were in normal range)
absent
periods
since March. Can anyone recommend anything to lower my LH level? I've read about inositol, how long does it take to work?

Endometriosis and treating symptoms between egg freezing cycles
Hi everyone. For those of you with Endometriosis, what type of IVF cycle did you do? I have done 2 antagonist egg freezing cycles before I was diagnosed and am looking to do a third egg freezing cycle but this time agonist. However my Endo symptoms are escalating between each cycle. I don’t want to go

Late period - is this normal after failed IVF didn’t get to transfer
We had our first IVF cycle in May and no eggs fertilised so we didn’t get to the egg transfer. I had a period within my usual timings about 14 days after egg retrieval but I was due to have my second period last week and am now 7 days late - am usually always quite regular cycle between 28- 30 days.
