Period way too short after cancelled iui and withdrawal bleed

I had an iui cancelled on day 10 and stopped meds. On day 18 my withdrawal bleed started. Now, 21 days after that I started bleeding again. Could that be a period? Normally my cycle is (if I am doing low GI/low carb diet) 29-36 days long, so this would be really early. I do not really bleed in between periods, so no experience with that. This being a period would be not great as I was supposed to have an ivf nurse appointment on Thursday for ordering drugs and that would be a bit late now. Any advice if this could be sth else than period and how to recognise that? How did your cycle behave after a withdrawal bleed? Thank you!

Call your clinic n talk to your nurse. Sounds as tho hormones are a bit out of whack. Esp if you are still eating normal healthy diet. Hopefully it will settle down soon.
