Sun was shining, Abscess is healing so it was time to do the Worcester River walk again.
Its roughly 2 miles down to Diglis weir and back from the old Worcester river bridge, its level tarmac all the way around and there's plenty of seats for a break. I always start at the Swan sanctuary where you can stand and watch the swans doing their thing and then take a slow walk down to Diglis weir

A stroll out in Herefordshire with Dall05. Oh yes there's a few pics and vids thrown in as well.
I found it a little hard going up the hill seeing as I've not done much physical exercise recently due to the little
abscess
removal op almost 3 weeks back.

First Ever Post - Just need to rant right now!
I had a diagnostic laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and D&C in February 2014 - the only reason it was in the Feb and not any longer was because I had to have emergency surgery for an
abscess
from an ingrown hair and the consultant wanted to do it all together - otherwise I would have been waiting longer!

Cerebral Vasculitis (mis)diagnosis/RCVS/vasospasms
Except, March 27th, 2015 I developed a staph infection in my armpit (likely from shaving) and had the
abscess
removed. I am curious as to whether this could have played a role in developing vasculitis. I am also an avid scuba diver, softball player, and previous gymnast.

Dentist
I had a root canal treatment on tuesday as I had had an
abscess
. I left it so long as I am fearful of of dentist. Lots of stories to say how horrific procedure and perhaps for some it is. However I wondered why I was so nervous no worse than an ordinary filing.

Lost a tooth
I also had, what looking back at it, was probably an
abscess
, where the outside gum on that tooth developed a pouch of blood which popped while brushing my teeth. Last night the dentist found the tooth broken in half horizontally .

Life can sometimes be a pain in the rear end (Literally)
She returned and very gently gave the bad news to me so its back to getting the
abscess
situation sorted out before I can return to the list once more.

Many thanks to all who read/ responded to my abscess/lung transplant saga a few days ago.
I would just like to thank you all for the amazing response I received after my disappointment over missing out on a lung transplant. As usual it was Healthunlockeders to the rescue to console a fellow member in his hour of need. No tears were shed over missing out but I admit to a little grit in the

Alendronic acid and tooth extraxion
I have been taking this drug for 4 1/2 years, and have a reoccurring tooth
abscess
, which has just flared again. My dentist now wants to send me to hospital to have the tooth out, as just having had a total hip replacement there is concern over the infection travelling to my hip.

Seeking advice/experience
Anyways, at the start of November, my mum (who is 60, normally relatively healthy) went to hospital to have an
abscess
drained. During the op (while under a general) her heart stopped.

antibiotics
Now, I do have a full packet of same antibiotic from dentist as emergency measure in case an
abscess
flared up again, which it didn`t, Could I take one of these during the night? I get up 2 or 3 times a night anyway.

Anyone diagnosed with free fluid in pelvis?
I had a pelvic
abscess
after an operation in January and they never drained it. I was told it would eventually disperse, but obviously there is still some hanging around in there and I don't think we can try IVF again until this is sorted out.

Another bad weekend
I have recently had a bit of a run of them, mostly minor and capable to be self-cared,, this weekend presented a first though, a small
abscess
presented itself on my lower abdomen, not much bigger than a penny piece but oh my was the little bugger painful and also caused me some internal discomfort.

Its official!! I am back on the transplant list. :)
After last weeks visit to the QE I was told by the consultant that he was happy to put me back on the transplant list after an infection had finally cleared up from an
abscess
removal operation.
