Follow on from my previous post about not relying on Drs and diagnosisās and suppressing your own endo!
So I had my follow-up brought forward. So back story in 2016 I had extensive surgery! It was my first and it was major surgery because I never even realised I had Endo! My symptoms were never cyclic, they was constant! They never waxed, nor waned. So following the sepsis I was told multiple things while

Pros and cons of voluntary hysterectomy?
I have been going through early menopause since 2017, over this time I have tried a variety of HRT without much success at dealing with the symptoms. I have just begun another variation and am going to give it a chance for a few months to assess properly but wanted to gain some info about alternatives

Endo untreatable, hysterectomy advised
Hi. Iām new to this forum (although probably should have joined years ago). I was diagnosed with endo in 2006. It was treated and for years I was ok. But in 2013/2014 I started getting significant pain again. I saw a new specialist (thankfully through private health insurance through my work or would

Violin string adhesions
Hi, I had a hysterectomy 20 years ago after 2 years of a lot of pain. The gynecologist said its fibroids. When they operated they found my abdomen was all stuck together with what he described as violin string adhesions. I made a quick and good recovery then 2 months later I became really unwell,

Prostap before hysterectomy
A question on prostap..... Iāve seen my specialist again today, after lap and MRI it has been decided a full hysterectomy is my best way forward. I have to start prostap injections for 6 months before she will operate. Just looking for some advice on how youāve felt during prostap? What to expect

Decapeptyl & HRT
Hi All So I started HRT just over a week ago as addback therapy while I am on Decapeptyl injections. I was experiencing hot flushes and low mood which have improved but over the last 24/48 hours my endo pains are back with a vengeance and have started a period like bleed. I had been pain free since

When you get fed up and email Mr Bojo Johnson š¤£
Mr Johnson, Iām writing this email in sheer disgust with our NHS and itās massive failings, that will no doubt, impact the rest of my life! You see, I have a severe chronic disease called Endometriosis, which left me on 3 monthly follow-ups for the last 4-5 years, with absolutely no point whatsoever

What is floppy bowel?
I had a complete hysterectomy Friday due to endometriosis, we thought it was on my bowel however the surgeon said my symptoms were caused by a floppy bowel which is most likely been caused by my ibs and that I need to be referred to a gastroenterologist for treatment etc , he didn't tell me what a floppy
