I'm now taking insitol, aswaghandha,
5HTP
and L-theanine to help me cope. I've stopped taking kelp. I also have been suffering from sinus problems for several years.

Supplements alongside thyroid medication for fatigue? (hypo)
I’ve been suffering badly lately and had was told to look into tyrosine and
5htp
. I would speak to my doctor about whether or not I’ll see a benefit taking them, but my GP is the typical thyroid patients nightmare (TSH levels, TSH levels and more TSH levels).

Adrenal crash after 18 months well. Why?!
I still take nutri adrenal, 7keto dhea, b vits, vitamin C,
5HTP
and magnesium. Oh, and vitamin D. Although I've bad a busy period, I wouldn't say it's been super stressful but my body is completely failing to cope. The only difference this time is that I feel more wired than wired and tired.

1 anxiety leads to the next, & always some depression
good. also you have to be careful with alcohol, as its a potent drug, and liver damage if used with high alcohol intake is a real concern overtime(but likely if you drink too much on Phenelzine, the first time is hell you wont do again).some amino acid, i think it affects tryptamine,(like those herbal

Great Progress
A tablet called
5HTP
has also helped slightly, however I do not take these with my Fluoxetine - Check with your GP before mixing any tablets etc.

5Htp
Has anyone tried
5Htp
? Someone suggested it to me, so I bought some yesterday. Just wondered if anyone has had any results. Feeling really low at minute due to pain and confusion. I keep forgetting the most simple things.

Sleep Medication
I am going to see if I can find
5HTP
in the interim and, if that fails, zopiclone sounds like it might be a good alternative. Meanwhile, the night time behaviour gets more extreme.

multivitamins?
Vit D3 (5000iu) Vit C (1000mcg) Selenium (200mcg) Calcium (1000mg) Magnesium (400mg) Zinc (15mg) X3
5HTP
It is a lot of tablets, and I think taking a multivitamin that combines all the elements would be a lot easier, so any suggestions from you lovely people would be great.

Migraine and 5HTP - I have migraines approximately 16 days a month and have been given every preventative available.
I have also started taking
5HTP
supplement. Has anyone tried the
5HTP
- if so did it work, how long did it take to notice any positive effects and what was the dosage you tried? I am finding so many migraines disabling and am struggling to stay in work or have a 'life'.

Natural Serotonin 5HTP
I have told my GP about taking
5HTP
, and he seemed OK with that. Clearly it hasn't cured my migraines, but it has given me some respite from this debilitating condition, which you can only understand if you have experience of migraines.
