I think I’m going to be switching from Remeron to paxil. Has anyone had good luck with Paxil? And tapering off Remeron?

Remeron/mirtazapine
hi. Does anyone have any experience with Remeron/mirtazapine? I can’t tell if it’s all anxiety or side effects from it. I was on 7.5 and my anxiety went away and I felt great. I had a trigger and I went downhill. My dr put me on 15 mg and it’s been two weeks with no improvement. I might even be getting

Healthy Skin From The Inside-Out
There’s an old saying that it’s what’s on the inside that counts, and that’s very true in relation to your health, including that of your skin. Advice on labs, high RT3, high SBHG, low T
This is my first real post on this forum. I'd appreciate if experienced members could take a look at my labs and history and let me know what they think. I have had thyroid diagnosed 14 years ago. My mother had Hypothyroidism and my younger brother developed Graves disease although now Hypothyroidism. I have been on 100 dose all that time. Hypothyroid - Vit & iron levels
Hello, As recommended by this brilliant group, I have had my vitamin and iron levels tested through medichecks. My results have come back all in range, thankfully, but I know that sometimes ‘normal’ or ‘in range’ isn’t optimum. Would someone be able to look at these please and let me know any thoughts

Cod Liver oil in TTC? Mega confused 🫤
Hey! Sooo this is probably really random, but after my last failure and trying to recover from hysteroscopy I’ve been looking at what supplements to take generally and also to improve my lining. One thing that came up was fish oil. I used to take a cod liver oil supplement up until last year when

People with high blood levels of niacin, (vitamin B3), may be more likely to have a heart attack or stroke than those with lower levels
[i]I have a confession to make: I take vitamin supplements. Why is this a confession? Well, because research has indicated for years that dietary supplements are a waste of money for most people. https://www.newscientist.com/article/2325423-vitamins-and-dietary-supplements-are-a-waste-of-money-for-most-people
