hi All, I would love to hear some comments about my results please. I have been recently diagnosed with Graves’ disease. 27 December (went to the A&E with heart palpitations), no ranges provided, I have just googled what nhs ranges are. I was put on propranolol 60mg. T4 - 19.2 (12-22) T3 - 9.8

What To Do Next?
Hi Friends, First post here, although I've come back to this forum a few times. I'm at a spot where, even though I know it's untrue, I feel like I'm experiencing anxiety like no one has ever experienced it before (we all know the lonely feeling). I've been dealing with this for about a year an a half

Vitamin A - retinol.
Dr. John Campbell posted a video about how low vitamin A (retinol) levels predispose a person to experience pneumonia from the Mycoplasm pneumoniae which is currently at near epidemic levels among children in northern China. No surprise here to be honest considering the severe lockdowns. Children have

Elevated Vitamin A in serum with no supplements
Hi, And sorry, this may not be the right place to post this, but in a recent blood test my serum vitamin A level was registered at 99.5mcg/dL with the lab's reference levels between 30 and 80mcg/dL. I've had vitamin A tested only once before in April last year and it too was high at 99.3. Does anyone

Supplements - Dangerous, Essential or Useless?
Wizard recently made an interesting post on the "drive to minimize supplementation" that I wanted to respond to in-depth. The post: https://healthunlocked.com/pasoc/posts/150006558/the-drive-to-reduce-minimize-supplementation I decided a long form response would be better, thus my separate post here.

Experiences?
Does anyone have experiences with Belsomra or Dayvigo? I'm a hypermetabolizer of both Remeron (which I'm on) and Ambien in both normal and cr forms (which I'm on). Sleep is horrible and I was hoping Belsomra I wouldn't be a hypermetabolizer and could actually sleep.

Morphea treatment - PUVA or triamcinolone injections?
hello, looking for a bit of advice as I was diagnosed with Morphea a few months ago. I’m under the care of dermatology department. It affects my whole left arm, part of my rib cage and some of my right arm. The worst area is around my left wrist where the skin is particularly tight around the joint

Pain control with PLMD
I take 100 mg Lyrica for PLMD, the lowest possible dosage as I never have been able to shake the daytime sedation. Now I have some kind of pinched nerve that has been causing chronic pain. Tylenol is not sufficient (I am going to try a lidocaine patch today for the first time and hope that will help
