does anyone with bad anxiety just feel sick?

I feel unwell. It’s hard to describe. achy and nauseous. I’m wondering if it’s anxiety or side effect from upping my Remeron dose?

Hello Plantlover14. Anxiety can make you feel awful and have all sorts of symptoms. I've had times of feeling nausea, weakness, shaking, dizzy, etc... Not sure if it's your medication, but if you don't feel better soon talk with your doctor about it. Could be a combination of the medication changes and your anxiety. Hope you get to feeling better soon. I know it's a terrible feeling.

Thank you. Have you found a medicine that’s worked well? I’m wondering if I need to keep taking the Remeron until it’s been 2 weeks to see if it’s going to help . My dose just got upped

Well, I've been on many medications through my life. My anxiety began as a child. Currently I take venlafaxine (SNRI) along with buspirone and clonazepam. I've been on venlafaxine for about 10 years, the clonazepam longer, and the buspirone for a year now. They all help, but sometimes the anxiety is just so bad it doesn't matter. I hope you can find what's right for you.

Is the clonazepam as needed or everyday?

Actually for me, it's both. It should be only as needed, but way back I was put on it regularly at bedtime. So it's just a matter of me weaning off.

so sorry U R feeling under the weather. 🤢 I’ve been under extreme anxiety with working 7 days a week, 60 hour weeks for the last 3 months. The anxiety is hitting my body all over the place. Without too much TMI, I’ve had an upset stomach for the last few days and running to the restroom. On top of this, we’re having a terrible heatwave in the Southern California area and I’m having stress allergy headaches. The vulnerable parts of my body like the areas with arthritis are more painful.

Yes I’m in California also and the heat is driving me crazy. It makes it so hard to go outside! I’m getting similar headaches as well . I’m so sorry about your work situation. I hope something changes for you and you can find relief

First of all, I love the "Shnookie" name :). I think the symptoms you are describing are pretty typical with extreme anxiety. Sounds like you're working very very hard! Any way you could work less?

Plantlover14, considering that your dose of Remeron was just increased, it could possibly

by the cause. Please let your doctor know about your symptoms to relieve your concerns.

My best to you. May you start feeling better soon. :) xx

My dr put me down to 3/4 and I felt a lot better today. I’m staying positive and hoping this continues

Hi Plantlover, I'm happy to hear that your doctor reduced your dosage enough for

you to see a difference. As good as a drug may be, it's the correct dosage that can

make all the difference in the world. Continued success. :) xx
