a bright, frosty day here but the sun seems to be having a good old shine over the city
The weekend is almost upon us and we are already a quarter of the way into the year, how did that happen?!
For some of you who may feel that the challenges of stopping smoking are a bit too much, remember that these feelings are only temporary. Any cravings encountered are there to be overcome. By overcoming them will give you a fabulopus feeling of empowerment. To wake up the following day and realise that you didn't smoke the day before is a great feeling
You just have to keep on, keeping on and remember tha if you want to change a few things in your life, then you have to be willing to change a few things in your life - I hope this makes sense...
I'm away on training for a couple of hours this morning so a quick cuppa before I off my pop

I just got back from Rheumatology, it looks like i don't have rheumatiod arthritis, but doc thinks it's Sjogrens disease, had loads of blood taken, so will have to wait and see, aww well another autoimmune disease to add to my collection

I'm sorry to hear that Amor is not well John I hope he gets better soon, give him a little hug from me enjoy your walk later
Hey Sue, was wondering where you were. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis of another autoimmune disease, is there anything that you can do or take to make life easier for you?
Jogn, poor Amor. Baytril is a really good antibiotic for the treatment of smaller animals. He has a really good diet so I wonder what could be stressing him out. I hope he's just feeling a tad under the weather and will be back on top form pretty soon. Big feathery get well wishes being sent to him
Hi Emjay, i don't think there is anything i can take, docs don't know why some peoples immune systems do this, when i go back, when blood results come in, i'll get tablets to help with symptoms, but that's all they can do, plus eye drops to help dry eyes, still it could be worse
Hi John , big feathery hugs to Amor, At least he is in loving hands with you, Sure he will be better in no time at all.
Like you say looking back I dont think we would want to grow up. When people used to ask what do you want to be when you grow up. We should have said Healthy.
Poor poor Amor, I do hope he's better soon.... Vets they can be so expensive.
Last year I purchased by bantam cockerel at Cirencester market for Β£4.20. Apparently i paid over the odds as they'd usually sell very quickly to a fast food shop owners for nearer 50p!! On getting him home he started to sneeze. So worried was I that he'd spread his germs onto my girls, I took him to the vet. Β£55 later I was supplied with antibotics for all of them. He must be the most expensive cockerel in history!!!
