Feel Good Fridays are important in our quits, but not just Fridays, every day!
We need it to support ourselves through every day ππ»π π Quitting for most is one of the hardest challenges you may do, just getting through each craving or hurdle can feel beyond us, so challenging and difficult π©π₯Ίπ’ and as we get through those, remembering why youβre putting yourself through this, acknowledging that you did get through that difficulty and owning that sense of achievement to support ourselves going forward is huge in our quits! ππ»πͺπ» teaching ourselves that we can get through this, we can do this!! π ππ»π
Give yourselves the credit for how difficult a challenge may feel/be for you and let yourself feel a bit of that feel good that you did it! π₯°ππ»π€ it doesnβt matter how much of a simple task your head may tell you it should be π€¨ if it felt difficult, challenging or a hurdle for you, then that is just what it was and you done it! π€©π π₯°π€ππ»π
So today (and every day π) take a moment to reflect on your achievements, no matter how small and give yourself that feel good you deserve and be your own sunshine π
