Good morning, afternoon or evening my lovely friends. I hope you’re all well and keeping tight hold of your quits. Keep it up and you’ll be ready for the festive season like never before. Look on the bright side. You won’t have to get your coat on to leave the party, nor will you have to worry about your new outfit smelling like an ashtray. If and when you have doubts about your smoke free life, go back and look at your reasons for quitting, the list that you wrote at the very beginning. I’ve still got mine but it’s no longer on the fridge because I had to get a new fridge.
I have a new reason for staying smoke free, today it’s 3 months exactly since Stellina adopted me🐾🐾She’s the one who gets me walking outside and playing with a ball. I really haven’t got the time to stop and puff, never mind the money which goes up in smoke. It’s always good for us to remember the advantages of leaving old nic. What about you, how many advantages are you enjoying now that you’re smoke free?

Oh there are so many benefits, you’ve named quite a few there the money, going outside in all weathers 🌧️ ❄️ ⛈️ walking up the stairs without getting breathless!! 😅 that was such a big thing for me, it evidenced every time how much damage I had done to my lungs 🫁 😢 I’m so grateful I stopped doing that 🙏🏻 there may be damage I haven’t been able to reverse but that is so much less of a percentage to the amount I have reversed!! My lungs 🫁 have a chance now, I have a chance to die of struggling to breathe 🙏🏻😇🤗 😅 deep, but very grateful 🥲
