Well it’s 50 days today since I stopped the evil weed! Going well apart from the continued sleep disruption (Champix) - but am determined to see it through. Thanks for the support from this site.

Well done Anncarson on 50 days smoke free, that is great! The sleep disruption is more a nicotine withdrawal than champix side effects and should settle down very soon.

You are doing great Ann. Today is day 77 for me. Took my last pill today. I have to say I am happy to be done the pills but also a little nervous. I'm sure it will take a couple of days before the champix is out of my system.
