hey everyone.

just a wee update from me as now i reach my 50 day milestone mark :),i have to say all in all im feeling pretty good at the moment i just want to keep going with this!, i know im still considered at the early stages of a quit but ive gotten a taste now of what life is like without cigarettes and im addicted! hahaha, you are all a great bunch and im very grateful to be part of something special hope everyone has a nice smoke free day
