Welcome Blackjayz - congratulations on 12 days smoke free, that is great, well done!

I too stopped cold turkey, that was 3 years ago and never looked back.... What you are experiencing with not concentrating, dizziness and anxiety is perfectly normal nicotine withdrawals. It is only short term - see pinned post worth a read if not already done so:

To help with these withdrawals, drink loads and loads of water, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Raw honey (or jar honey will be fine too) every morning and evening to help with the clearing out the lungs. Herbal supplements can assist with any anxiety issues. A bit of a walk every day to clear the head!

Hello roisin01... thanks for asking

Its better ... but still feeling anxious and like scared sometimes ... and sometimes feeling down and abit depressed ....

I have a question ..

Is it normal to lose my libido right niw during nicotine withdrawal and have low sexual desire ??

And are all these symptoms above normal .. ??

Hey Blackjayz - have not heard of the libido withdrawal - it may perhaps be you are not in the form at the moment as it is still very early days in your journey and your body and mind is working very hard to rewire, repair and recover.

As advised in my initial reply to you, these withdrawals are normal, have a read of below pinned post if not already done so:
