Day 50. Still going strong.

Day 50 without a cigarette. I had to quit per Doctors orders because of a weak heart. I also quit drinking on a daily basis, meaning I’ve had only 10 drinks in the past 50 days. 3 beers, 7 glasses of wine. Day 50 without any Pizza or any other food high in Sodium. Also day 50 without any Adderral. I miss all of the mentioned crutches, however I am at the body weight from when I was an athletic young man. And I look 10 years younger. Receiving compliments all the time. It’s a bitch, however the benefits are well worth it.
