Well I made it to day 18 without a smoke. I have my good and bad days but I know the good Lord above is helping me through this process. Im glad I found this site cause it has helped me more ways than one. Everyone should be proud of themselves and keep up the good work.

How are you keeping mushen , hope you had a nice Easter? Mine was quiet as have alot on over the next few months between communions and concerts and the last of my assignments for college to hand up in a weeks time, then we have a week of theory exams, can't believe how quick the year has gone by, don't want it to end :(

2 days away from your big milestone of 9 months, you should be so proud of yourself (like I am!)

Hello! Yep, all is well on my part of the world. Easter was quiet as well which I quite like. I can't believe I am almost at 9 months either. Husband still shows no signs of giving up. Oddly, I still have not started coughing or noticed any other changes either ๐Ÿค”

Good to hear your college course has gone well. It is hard to believe that almost a year has passed.

Good luck with the forthcoming exams. ๐Ÿค—

Thanks! It took me a year and a half after my husband quit for me to quit, never loose hope!

Some people take quitting in their stride and don't notice any difference / changes in their life - my brother in law, friends at work say they notice no change other than being smoke free.....

Having a quiet Easter, family away on a road trip. Plenty of time to relax, reflect, and enjoy life. And spring is just the best time of year, full of life and promise. What more could anyone ask for.

Take care One and stay strong.
