It’s day 24 now and the cream cake was really yummy, I felt my thighs expanding with each bite 🤣🤣🤣

I’m being good for lunch today, chicken salad lol.

Haha 😂 I did the tuna salad for lunch, need to start assessing the intake of my food! Everything tastes so good! I’m feeling a lot brighter than earlier on, moments but only fleeting moments now of that intense sad feeling! A few things to iron out but I’ll get there! Definitely never smoking again! I like not stressing about cigarettes 💛🙌💪💛 glad to hear your are going well too! It’s so nice to see people make such positive changes to their health! Yay⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m the same hun, I’d like to lose some weight now but like you said, everything tastes so damn good.

But, I’m going on my first holiday in 10 years in August so I’d like to lose a bit especially at the side of my size 6 18 year old daughter lol

Back to slimming world for me I think lol
