Oh wow I hadn't realised until I wrote a reply to a post that it's 50 days since I quit a nasty filthy habit I had fallen into,I try not to count the weeks or days anymore as I look forward to my smokefree life ahead,I'm proud of how far I've come on in this journey it's been hard & challenging but I'm glad I decided to take this path 😊 X

Hi Veteran250 - you can check date and times of any post and replies by hoovering over the little grey clock at the right hand corner of the post - I do up milestone badges for different milestones in our quit journey, so 2 months ago, Lizzie was 50 days quit, she is now over 100 days quit
