1 whole year

So today is one whole year since i killed the beast. It was hard the first few months but i came out the other side with the help of RoisinO1 and many others. I missed my 10th and 11th month succession as the monster no longer has a hold on me and doesn't take up my thoughts any longer. I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way. In the early days i didn't think I'd get through the other side but i did. Keep strong guys and girls you can do it. Take each hour then each day and before you know it you will be counting the years 😊
